The Human Nutrition Unit is a joint research unit INRAE-University Clermont Auvergne (https://unh.clermont.hub.inrae.fr/) comprising 160 members. UNH develop an integrated approach of nutrition from the quality of food and diets to their effects on health for promoting healthy aging for all. Its metabolomic platform belongs to the national infrastructure MetaboHub.

The Bordeaux Population Health (BPH) Research Centre U1219 is a joint research unit co-hosted by the University of Bordeaux and the French national institute of health and medical research (INSERM). The BPH brings together nearly 500 members in 10 research teams with a common goal: to improve population health. BPH teams have an intensive research activity on a large variety of public health issues covering a wide range of pathologies, exposures, methods and populations.
